Why an MVP?
With a prototype in your hands thanks to our Design Sprint, it's now time to actually build the product you have dreamed of. Based on the lean startup methodology, we only build the minimum amount of required features to acquire early adopters. This is what we call a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The features to prioritize are chosen based on our design sprint's user stories & user testing feedback.
The clock's ticking
The longer you hold on to your idea, the higher the risk that your competitors will beat you to it. You could hire in-house developers or a freelancer to build your software product for you...
Reduce Time to Market
...but it takes time to find someone with the right mix of skills for your specific product. Can you afford the risk of losing valuable time & money on building the wrong application ?
Why outsourcing ?
alleviate the risk of hiring the wrong developers internally.
fast-track your development to beat competitors and scale your business.
focus on your company and not lose precious time & money on building the wrong software product.
Is it for you? Expect...
Fast, efficient development - agile process.
Getting started right away - no lengthy hiring delays.
Functional minimum viable product - with all the core features and functionality.
Reliable, usable & tested software product
A software product ready to be tested with real users - or to share with prospective investors.
You'll benefit from our team's experience and insights, gleaned from building hundreds of cutting-edge software products.
Our MVP development service follows the best practices of the agile development process. We work in two-week sprints, incorporating planning, development, testing and reviews, delivering visible and continuous progress throughout the project. We typically combine both programming as well as user interface design. At the end of each sprint, the work is deployed, so your product grows in two-week stages.
Features that deliver value
Working from the prototype version of your product, we plan out the features required for your minimum viable product, sort them into a prioritised backlog of ideas, features and functionality, and review at the beginning of each new sprint to ensure we’re working on the most important features that deliver maximum value.
Inspired by the lean startup methodology, we can help you validate your product idea by the market with this principle: Build > Measure > Learn.
Sprint review and test
At the end of each sprint, we review the work we've completed and re-assess our priorities for the next sprint. At this stage your product can (and should) be shown to early users, so you can begin getting feedback. This can be used to influence and revise the planning for the upcoming sprints, as well as to guide future product development.
What they say about Belighted
Leading brands in Belgium and in Europe trust us and rely on Belighted development to deliver perfection every day
"“It's a real pleasure to work with Belighted. They are focused on delivering features with business value and they like to get stuff done. This vision allowed us to launch our products with just a couple of months of development and help us to get user feedback”."
“Product development best practices are evolving at such a fast pace that it was difficult for me to make decisions related to the software product and the technical skills needed. Belighted's advice brought me confidence and gave me clear steps that helped me maximize my chances of success.”
“We wanted to build a new version of our learning management software, and Belighted convinced us to do a design sprint together before jumping into development itself. This helped us make much more informed decisions on what we needed, and how best to do it. In the end, it allowed us to better prioritise our project, and prevented us from going in the wrong direction.”
“Working together, we were able to rapidly prototype and deploy a world-first insurance check-up algorithm. From the initial conceptualisation until the first live trials by users, it took us a rapid 3 months of close collaboration. Today Seraphin is still successfully using the same healthy technical foundations laid by Belighted.”
